People Magazine says Lovato entered rehab treatment for emotional and physical issues in late October of 2010. At the time Lovatos rep told People the actress and singer had been dealing with the issues for some time. The 18yearold Lovato finished that treatment in lateJanuary of 2011. Demi Lovato posted the video message on Cambio. on the morning of March 7 2011. In the brief clip filmed in her home Lovato opens by saying she wants to let everyone know that I wouldnt be here if it werent for you adding Your support is what got me through. She says she kept up with messages of support from fans via Tweets and fan mail. Lovato says her journey has been very very difficult over the past few months. She says she was dealing with issues that she believes a lot of girls and women deal with adding that she hopes at some point to raise awareness so she can help people too.
