Biography (Leah Dizon)

Leah Dizon (リア・ディゾン, born Leah Donna Dizon on September 24, 1986) was a model, singer and a TV personality in Japan. She was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, US. Dizon has two older brothers, an older sister, and two younger brothers. Her father is Filipino and Chinese, while her mother is of French descent.

At the age of 18, Dizon relocated to Los Angeles, where she attended college for one year as a film major. While in college, she began modelling for various import car magazines. As her photos began to be posted up online, she received 2,000,000 hits from search engines in just a year. Following the advice of Japanese fans, Dizon sent a demo tape to a Japanese talent agency. In March 2006, she signed a contract and immediately moved to Tokyo. In October 2006, she released her first photobook titled Petite Amie (Girlfriend in French), which was ranked as the third best selling photobook of that year.
